Wer sich an einem schönen Sommertag auf der A8 den Irschenberg hinaufgequält hat, wird unvermittelt mit dem spektakulärsten Anblick entschädigt, den eine deutsche Autobahn zu bieten hat: Vor ihm liegt das Inntal mit saftigen Weiden und alten Bauernhöfen, rechts dahinter die Alpen, und links hinter der nächsten Hügelkette ist der Chiemsee zu erahnen. Mittendrin die Stadt Rosenheim. "God's own Country", behaupten die Amerikaner, liege zwischen New York und San Francisco. Die Rosenheimer wissen es besser. Leider gibt es auch in dieser bayerischen Voralpen-Idylle schlechte Menschen, die vor Verbrechen nicht zurückschrecken. Wie überall auf der Welt. Und es gibt Polizisten, die diese Verbrechen aufklären. Wie überall auf der Welt. Mord bleibt Mord - ob in New York, Berlin oder Rosenheim. Nur die Art der Aufklärung ist ein bisschen anders unter dem weiß-blauen Himmel. Nicht so hektisch und verbissen. Hier kennt man sich.
