This EveryAction End User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Indivisible Project (“Organization”), a District of Columbia nonprofit organization, and ____________ (“Authorized User”) of ___________ (“Local Group”). This Agreement sets forth the terms under which Authorized User shall have access to and use of the EveryAction Platform as
licensed by the Organization. Authorized User agrees that Authorized User is not otherwise entitled to use the EveryAction Platform and, in consideration for its use, agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the EveryAction License Agreement.
