I just spent an hour on the phone with AT & T trying to find out where I was supposed to purchase the dual screen. They do not know. Can I purchase it directly from LG?
Since this case is for the at&t variant, won't it fit the lg velvet from canada since the at&t lg velvet is the same as the international lg velvet? thanks for answering even though this product is discontinued, these cases are still being sold.

The LG Dual Screen™ for LG VELVET ™ 5G | AT&T, Model # LMG905NAUSATN is not available for order directly from LG. Regrettably, as you may or not be aware, LG has made the difficult decision to close its mobile phone business to focus on other businesses that will provide new experiences and value for consumers. LG mobile phones and tablets currently on the market will no longer be sold after current inventories are depleted. Supplies may be limited for various accessories, such as protective cases. LG will not be introducing new models into the market in the future. In the United States, LG will fully honor its standard limited warranties included with each LG mobile phone and tablet. We have two major GSM Network carriers here in the U.S., AT&T, and T-Mobile. The LG Dual Screen™ for LG VELVET ™ 5G | AT&T, Model # LMG900UM1 is specific to the AT&T variant and will not work with the LG VELVET™ 5G | T-Mobile nor will the T-Mobile LG Dual Screen™ work with the AT&T variant. Regrettably, we do not have information about the unlocked variant (or what you are referring to as the 'International LG Velvet') to advise you is either of the LG Dual Screen™ variants from AT&T or T-Mobile will work with it...^IFV

As indicated in the title, the LG Dual Screen™ for LG VELVET ™ 5G | AT&T is for the AT&T variant and will not work with variants from other carriers...^IFV

If you are looking to order the LG Dual Screen™ for LG VELVET ™ 5G from our site in the U.S., regrettably, at this time, LG is unable to deliver to the following types of addresses: P.O. Boxes, addresses outside the contiguous 48 states, international addresses, Army Post Office (APO), Diplomatic Post Office (DPO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO). LG will only deliver shipments to valid street addresses in the contiguous United States...^IFV

Will this work with a T-Mobile Velvet phone? If not, why?

LG does sell the T-Mobile version of the Dual Screen. To find it go to the top of the page, click on Cell Phones and go to the selection of carriers. Select T-Mobile and it will take you to a selection of their phones. Select Accessories and you can find the Dual Screen from there.

How do I get my Velvet out of the Dual screen case?

Removing the LG VELVET™ 5G | AT&T, Model # LMG900UM from the LG Dual Screen™ for LG VELVET ™ 5G | AT&T, Model # LMG905NAUSATN is the reverse for putting it into the Dual Screen. Unfold the Dual Screen completely and hold it firmly with both hands. The press part of the Dual Screen with your finger (i.e the top left corner of the phone) while simultaneously pushing the back of the phone with your other finger to pull the edge of the phone out of the Dual Screen. Pull the part of the phone (i.e right top corner of the phone) out of the Dual Screen following the same directions from the previous step, then hold the Dual Screen with both hands and slide the phone in the direction of the arrow to remove it. Be careful not to twist the phone left or right or push it up at an excessive angle. You will find these instructions and illustrated diagrams on pages 211 - 213 of your oner's manual for the phone under "Removing the VELVET from the Dual Screen" ...^IFV
